What you'll do

• Develop and implement the CIIOM CIB strategy aligned with regional and Group objectives
• lead sustainable and profitable growth, client acquisition and retention, revenue, cost, and balance-sheet outcomes
• maintain senior client relationships
• build networks with clients, governments, regulators, and stakeholders
• coordinate CIB products and coverage teams to deliver client solutions
• lead banking activities across the jurisdictions
• develop the team through talent management and succession planning
• own and oversee financial crime, conduct, compliance, operational, and other non-financial risks
• fulfill stated regulatory responsibilities.
