What you'll do

• Assess call situations to determine the best course of action using progressive protocols.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment including defibrillators, EKG monitors, oxygen, suction, and IV fluids.
• Communicate with patients and families to provide assurance.
• Act as team leader for scene and unit management.
• Drive ambulances on 911 responses.
• Collaborate with public safety and health personnel.
• Participate in community programs.
