What you'll do

• Coordinate industry-sponsored clinical trials from start-up through closeout
• manage study visit schedules and protocol activities
• lead recruitment and retention, including chart review, outreach, consent discussions, and enrollment tracking
• conduct protocol-required visits and assessments
• perform permitted procedures such as vital signs, ECGs, specimen collection, investigational product accountability, and phlebotomy
• process and ship specimens under protocol and IATA requirements
• maintain source records, consent forms, CTMS updates, and case report forms
• resolve data queries
• support monitoring visits, audits, and inspections
• review safety reports
• maintain study supplies and equipment
• support process improvement and human participant protections.
