What you'll do

• Sell vehicles to meet dealership gross profit, volume, and customer satisfaction standards
• coordinate with the sales manager to set and meet new and used vehicle quotas
• greet customers, determine their needs, demonstrate and test-drive vehicles, and follow the sales process. Maintain product knowledge and customer follow-up, conduct quotations and telephone transactions, complete pre-delivery inspections and road tests, deliver vehicles and explain features, warranty, and paperwork, address complaints, arrange display vehicles as directed, and attend sales meetings and training.
