The Screw Machine Operator role is onsite in Woodville, WI, with compensation of $20–$26 per hour. The operator sets up and runs screw machines to produce precision metal components, maintaining quality and safety standards. The work includes interpreting production documents, monitoring and adjusting machines, inspecting parts, recording production and quality information, and performing routine maintenance.

What you'll do

• Set up and operate screw machines
• read blueprints, work orders, and production drawings
• load materials and monitor production
• adjust machine settings and tooling
• inspect parts using calipers and gauges
• troubleshoot and make minor adjustments or repairs
• replace worn tooling
• maintain production and quality records
• perform routine maintenance and keep the work area clean.
