Business Analyst — Process Automation

The analyst captures operator-held decision logic and translates manual steps into system events, AI-agent decisions, or exceptions requiring human judgment. The role also owns requirements documentation, Agile backlog and user stories, user acceptance testing, and weekly reporting to operations leadership.

What you'll do

• Elicit and document requirements by interviewing and observing operators, including undocumented process knowledge.
• Classify manual steps as system rules, AI decisions, or human exceptions.
• Manage the Agile backlog, author user stories, own UAT strategy and execution, and report weekly to operations leadership.
• Read API specifications and event-flow diagrams to identify requirement gaps.
