What you'll do

• Process member transactions and requests in person and by phone
• explain credit union products and services
• cross-sell products during eligible interactions
• support the call center when needed
• maintain member and employee confidentiality
• participate in branch and community outreach events
• travel to other branches as needed
• assist with vault and ATM custody.
