What you'll do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including hygiene, ambulation, transfers, dressing, and shaving
• prepare meals and snacks according to instructions
• accompany clients on errands or medical appointments
• perform housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishes, and changing bed linens
• provide hospice supportive care, medication reminders, exercises, and incontinence care
• use lifting equipment such as gait belts and Hoyer lifts as needed.
