The Senior Project Manager, Residential Remodeling role is onsite in Chardon, OH. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000+ per year, based on experience, with approximately 8–15% additional profit-sharing compensation based on company performance. Payne & Tompkins is a design-build remodeling company serving Greater Cleveland with custom residential remodeling. The project manager owns the construction phase from handoff through completion, coordinating clients, trade partners, schedules, budgets, and quality. The role keeps multiple projects moving, anticipates issues, and develops junior project staff while supporting successful project delivery.

What you'll do

• Own residential remodeling project execution from kickoff through completion
• build and maintain schedules and coordinate trades and deliveries
• serve as primary client contact
• coordinate field teams, vendors, designers, and internal staff
• identify and solve construction issues
• manage quality, budgets, purchase orders, change orders, materials, inspections, and documentation
• maintain Buildertrend records
• coach and train assistant and junior project managers.
