Behavioral Technician (Evenings)

Job overview

The Behavioral Technician (Evenings) role is onsite in Lebanon, MO, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., 40 hours weekly. Pay is $19 per hour. The role supports adults with behavioral health needs in residential or community settings. The technician helps residents build daily living skills and social behaviors, supports rehabilitation and behavior programs, and monitors and documents changes in condition. The work contributes to residents’ safety, well-being, and independence through structured daily support.

What you'll do

• Support residents with life skills, routines, and social behaviors
• assist with rehabilitation and behavior support programs
• monitor and document changes in behavior, mood, or physical condition
• provide basic care, including vital signs and personal needs
• administer medication after Level 1 Medication Aide certification (training provided)
• transport clients to appointments and community activities
• maintain a safe living environment
• participate in emergency procedures
• complete documentation.
