What you'll do

• Answer calls promptly and use guests’ names
• schedule and confirm spa reservations
• explain treatments, specials, services, and facilities
• maintain organized desk, lobby, and retail areas
• use spa computers
• communicate relevant information to the team
• manage laundry
• clean, stock, and sanitize locker rooms, lounge, wet areas, and fitness center
• roll towels
• clean showers and replenish amenities
• set up, empty, and sanitize lockers.
