What you'll do

• Manage calendars and schedule client meetings
• process and prepare tax returns, organizers, extensions, engagement letters, and correspondence
• communicate with clients about documentation requests and general questions
• order supplies, distribute mail, answer phones, scan, and fax
• maintain client databases and support new-client onboarding.
