What you'll do

• Answer signal lights
• assist residents with bathing, dressing, toileting, and oral hygiene
• serve and collect food trays and assist residents with feeding
• transport residents or assist them with walking
• turn and reposition residents
• take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight as directed
• complete documentation.
