What you'll do

• Schedule incoming new-patient referrals and ultrasound procedures
• schedule outgoing referrals initiated by in-house providers
• follow up on scheduled referrals and record outcomes in the EMR
• close referrals in work queues
• serve as backup Patient Services Representative
• maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.
