The Vice President, Civic and Social Impact role is onsite in Chicago, IL, with compensation of approximately $200,000–$240,000 per year. Clayco is a real estate development, planning, architecture, engineering, and construction firm. The role leads the Office of Civic and Social Impact & Giving across Clayco Enterprise and the Clayco Foundation. The vice president advances philanthropic strategy, programs, fundraising, governance, and external engagement to support Clayco's mission pillars and community impact. The role advises executive leadership and the board, manages the philanthropy budget, and leads the Civic and Social Impact Coordinator.

What you'll do

• Advance and implement philanthropic strategy
• advise executive leadership and the board
• translate strategy into operating plans, budgets, and outcome metrics
• direct philanthropic programs and partnerships
• manage pledges, sponsorships, and event commitments
• lead fundraising and donor development
• own the philanthropy budget and giving governance
• ensure compliance and reporting
• represent the enterprise externally
• lead and develop the Civic and Social Impact Coordinator.
