What you'll do

• Install residential AV systems, including pre-wire, rack assembly, device placement, and system tuning
• configure networks, access points, switches, and routers
• troubleshoot complex issues
• document work and communicate with clients
• contribute to standard operating procedures and process improvements
• mentor junior technicians
