What you'll do

• Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections.
• Accurately label, process, and prepare specimens for laboratory testing.
• Verify patient demographics and obtain required patient signatures to ensure specimen accuracy.
• Maintain required records and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming and professional environment.
• Follow all safety, quality, confidentiality, and compliance standards.
• Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business demands.
• Perform specimen collection and processing duties with minimal supervision.
