What you'll do

• Greet members, prospective members, and guests
• answer phones
• check members into the system
• sign up new members and provide tours
• update member accounts
• respond to questions and concerns and escalate as needed
• help maintain club cleanliness
• close the business day’s shift
• prepare the next-day bank deposit
• travel to different locations and assist with overnight duties
• communicate locations and daily agendas to management.
