The Family Medicine Physician role is onsite in Pendleton, OR, on a full-time schedule. The stated base salary is $286,451–$325,100 annually. The physician joins an established primary care practice supported by a critical access hospital and broader healthcare network. The physician provides comprehensive primary care, including preventive services, health assessments, diagnosis and management of acute and chronic conditions, and coordination for complex needs. Patient education, specialist coordination, and quality improvement work support evidence-based, patient-centered care.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive family medicine services
• take health histories and perform physical examinations
• diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• interpret diagnostic testing and develop treatment plans
• provide preventive care and screenings
• educate patients
• coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare professionals
• participate in quality improvement initiatives.
