What you'll do

• Lead planning, design, construction, renovation, and expansion of healthcare facilities
• coordinate architects, engineers, construction managers, and contractors
• develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and procurement documents
• monitor project performance and timelines
• manage compliance programs, inspections, audits, and corrective actions
• lead facility safety and risk initiatives
• and support long-range facilities planning and infrastructure funding opportunities.

Why this role

Requires an associate degree in a related field, five years of progressively responsible related experience, and a valid New Mexico driver’s license. A bachelor’s degree and certifications such as CHC, PMP, CHFM, OSHA 30, CSP, or FEMA Incident Command System are preferred. Driving and local travel are part of the work.
