What you'll do

• Supervise evening front desk operations and guest check-ins
• respond to guest concerns and provide service recovery
• serve as Manager on Duty as needed
• coordinate with housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering
• monitor occupancy, room inventory, group activity, VIP arrivals, and room issues
• lead shift briefings and coach front desk agents
• ensure billing and cash-handling procedures
• assist with shift-end balancing and document unresolved issues.
