What you'll do

• Advise leaders on HR strategy and organizational change
• partner on recruiting, onboarding, development, retention, and succession planning
• address employee relations matters and investigations
• support compliance with employment laws and company policies
• use people analytics and workforce metrics to inform decisions
• lead or contribute to change initiatives
• mentor and support the HR team
• and provide backup HR Generalist duties as needed.
