What you'll do

• Recruit, hire, train, and lead the Rental team
• ensure employees receive required training and certifications
• oversee equipment inventory, purchasing, documentation, and rotation
• develop and maintain a yearly demo fleet
• maintain manufacturer binding certifications
• improve rental processes and guest experience
• manage budgets and expenses
• use operational efficiency and NPS data to assess performance
• partner with Pro Shop, Guest Services, Mountain Sports School, and Mountain Operations
• collaborate on rental and repair pricing and programs
• work a flexible schedule that may include extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
