What you'll do

• Manage Epic nurse inboxes and work queues
• triage and respond to patient phone calls and MyChart messages
• process medication refill requests and route them for provider signature as needed
• coordinate lab and imaging orders and results
• support high-acuity neurology patients, including infusion-related coordination
• transcribe and document voicemail messages in Epic
• process clinical faxes requiring provider review or signature
• abstract and enter laboratory results
• maintain accurate documentation and support patient safety and continuity of care.
