What you'll do

• Coordinate and execute shipments from pickup through delivery
• monitor load progress, communicate updates, flag delays, and resolve service issues
• maintain load details in internal systems, customer portals, and tracking tools
• complete shipment documentation
• communicate with carriers, drivers, and internal teams
• support Carrier Sales and Account Management
• learn spot freight bidding, carrier sourcing and vetting, rate negotiation, and market pricing.
