• Own go-to-market planning and execution for launches, campaigns, partnerships, and initiatives
• maintain marketing calendars, timelines, and milestone tracking
• coordinate cross-functional teams
• lead launch meetings
• manage launch planning from concept through execution
• plan photoshoots and events
• manage public relations strategy and agency relationships
• coordinate marketing assets across channels
• identify project risks and resource gaps
• prepare launch recaps and campaign reporting
• develop project workflows
• manage agency, freelancer, vendor, and production relationships.
