The work helps keep rental equipment ready for customers while controlling inventory and freight costs.

What you'll do

• Own parts procurement systems and processes
• serve as the SmartEquip expert
• improve vendor configurations, onboard suppliers, and establish purchasing best practices
• analyze usage, inventory levels, turns, returns, and obsolete inventory
• establish stocking levels and reorder points
• evaluate supplier pricing, service, availability, and performance
• administer supplier scorecards
• analyze freight and purchasing activity to identify cost reductions
• collaborate with branch operations, service, accounting, and vendors to improve processes.

Why this role
