The role leads preconstruction planning and technical estimating, coordinating project reviews, schedules, risk and procurement plans, and cost estimates. It helps align clients, engineers, project teams, and field staff before projects move into execution.

What you'll do

• Lead preconstruction efforts
• assist with statements of qualifications and alternative project delivery pursuits
• conduct constructability and biddability reviews
• develop risk registries, procurement plans, and schedules
• coordinate deliverables
• develop and review quality-control and construction-management plans
• coordinate permitting and participate in public outreach as needed
• prepare detailed estimates and quantity takeoffs for water and wastewater infrastructure
• lead estimate reviews
• prepare bid recaps and support turnover and change-order pricing
• maintain historical cost data
• engage subcontractors, vendors, owners, engineers, and industry partners
• represent Felix in interviews and presentations as needed
• collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field teams.
