What you'll do

• Lead development, implementation, and oversight of outpatient clinical programming, including pre-opening workflows and processes. Recruit, onboard, supervise, coach, and develop clinical staff
• oversee individualized, evidence-based, trauma-informed services and clinical documentation
• coordinate care across disciplines
• monitor outcomes and quality improvement
• ensure regulatory, payer, and accreditation compliance
• address clinical and safety concerns
• and build community referral relationships.
