Vice President, Advocacy

The Vice President, Advocacy role is onsite in Washington, DC, with a base salary of $175,000–$225,000 per year plus bonus. The role supports Aristotle's Advocacy team and its government affairs and client advocacy work. The vice president builds and leads advocacy engagements that connect policy objectives with lobbying, stakeholder engagement, coalition building, grassroots and digital advocacy, and client campaigns. The role strengthens the federal practice, advises clients, and helps expand a scalable government affairs capability.

What you'll do

• Shape federal and state advocacy strategies with team leadership and account teams
• help build and manage an integrated government affairs capability
• advise clients on advocacy programs, messages, stakeholder plans, and campaigns
• leverage policy relationships
• lead or support federal lobbying and outreach
• monitor legislative, regulatory, and political developments
• oversee client-facing materials and events
• coordinate with product, data, creative, digital, and client service teams
• mentor staff and identify ways to deepen client relationships.
