What you'll do

• Serve as the Learning and Development Subject Matter Expert for York chiller products.
• Act as a bridge between Engineering, Product Development, and field operations.
• Partner with product engineering teams to translate design changes into field-ready formats.
• Develop, review, and validate technical training content.
• Mentor and coach chiller mechanics and field engineers.
• Support the development of learning materials and job aids.
• Participate in product design reviews.
