What you'll do

• Prepare meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable, and cold food items
• coordinate production plans, menus, and assignments
• follow recipes and food handling and storage procedures
• monitor and record food and equipment temperatures
• operate large-volume cooking equipment
• receive and store supplies
• participate in inventory
• assist customers and process phone orders
• clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
• assist with catering and special functions.
