What you'll do

• Develop cost estimates and quantity takeoffs
• review plans and specifications
• maintain estimating documentation
• develop trade scopes and responsibility matrices
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and vendor pricing
• prepare project cost summaries
• coordinate bid information
• incorporate schedules, logistics, staging, and phasing into estimates
• partner with operations and field teams on construction methods
• support bid-day documentation and procurement presentations
• track value-creation opportunities
• mentor junior estimators
• provide occasional onsite project support
• travel occasionally as business needs require.
