What you'll do

• Assess new patients within eight hours of admission
• initiate treatment plans
• provide nursing care as ordered by physicians and scheduled group treatments
• screen patients for inpatient clinical appropriateness and obtain admission orders
• collaborate with the treatment team on care and treatment revisions
• manage medication administration and disposal of expired medications
• and report medication errors promptly. A Louisiana nursing license and graduation from an accredited nursing school are required.
