The Lead Rehabilitation Technician works onsite in East Lansing, MI. Pay is $19.63 per hour. Hope Network Rehabilitation Services supports people recovering from traumatic brain injuries and spinal cord injuries as they work toward greater independence. The role combines hands-on, person-centered support with leadership for rehabilitation technicians. It helps clients with daily living and community activities while coaching staff and maintaining a safe, structured, supportive environment.

What you'll do

• Provide leadership, coaching, and oversight for Rehab Tech I, II, and III staff
• participate in the on-call rotation
• coordinate administrative needs with medical providers
• assist with activities of daily living, personal care, and medications
• support community outings, transportation, and activities
• encourage independence and maintain a safe, structured environment.

Why this role

Participates in an on-call rotation. Requires a two-year degree or equivalent leadership experience with a high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and ability to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.
