What you'll do

• Execute multi-market acquisitions and dispositions of direct and serviced offices
• coordinate onboarding and service quality with market co-brokers
• draft requests for proposals, counter-proposals, and letters of intent or heads of terms
• participate in lease review and track negotiations
• prepare financial analyses
• coordinate documentation and communications among clients and internal and external teams
• track lease expirations and critical dates
• maintain weekly and monthly activity reports.
