Case Manager

Job overview

The Case Manager role is onsite in Muncie, IN, serving individuals in their homes and communities; compensation is $30–$70 per hour. Purposeful Parenting provides services intended to support children and families involved with the department of child services. The role helps reduce maltreatment, strengthen caregiving and coping skills, and promote children’s well-being. Through family-centered and culturally competent services, the Case Manager supports family stability and helps children remain safely at home or in foster care while preventing placement or re-entry into foster care.

What you'll do

• Provide services to individuals in their homes and communities who are involved with the department of child services
• support caregiving and coping skills, family resilience, healthy relationships, and children’s physical, mental, emotional, and educational well-being
• help maintain children safely in their homes or foster homes, prevent initial placement or re-entry into foster care, and stabilize families
• conduct behavioral health assessments for services under child safety
• use a private car to transport self and others as needed.
