What you'll do

• Oversee review and analysis of loan applications and supporting documentation
• monitor team performance, production metrics, service levels, and quality
• streamline processes
• serve as an escalation point for complex loan scenarios
• coach and develop team members
• coordinate follow-up and counteroffers
• refer loan requests to underwriters
• manage review of loan conditions and ensure loans adhere to investor guidelines
• assist loan officers and train new employees.
