The Radiologic Technologist (X-Ray), Part-Time role is onsite in East Syracuse, NY, and pays $38.00–$42.00 per hour depending on experience. What you'll do

• Prepare patients for radiologic procedures and protect patients and staff from radiation hazards
• select imaging factors using ALARA principles and set radiographic controls
• take X-rays and follow infection-control procedures
• evaluate and repeat radiographs as needed
• process and send images
• use the EMR to verify orders and document releases
• coordinate image exchange and reporting
• prepare patient CDs
• maintain the work area and start equipment according to protocol.
