Ford Mobile Service Technician

The Ford Mobile Service Technician role is based in Holyoke, MA, with service performed at customer locations using a fully equipped Ford Mobile Service van. The schedule is Monday–Friday, day shift, with no nights or weekends. Pay is $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience. The role supports Marcotte Ford’s Mobile Service Team. The technician brings routine maintenance and light repairs directly to customers, completing inspections and communicating findings to the Service Team. The role helps deliver convenient, customer-focused service while meeting dealership safety and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs at customer locations, including oil and filter changes, tire rotations and replacements, battery testing and replacement, wiper blades, light bulbs, minor repairs, Ford recalls, and software updates.
• Complete multi-point inspections, communicate findings to the Service Team, maintain a stocked and organized service vehicle, provide professional customer interactions, and follow safety procedures and dealership standards.
