What you'll do

• Administer, process, and evaluate mill and customer rejects
• review scrap and rejects to identify root causes
• initiate corrective actions
• manage quality documentation and assist with APQP and/or PPAP submissions as required
• ensure implementation of control plans and FMEAs
• manage statistical tools, calibrated equipment, and MSA applications
• communicate quality issues to operators, leadership, technical services, sales, and purchasing
• assist with training
• work with customers and Outside Sales to resolve quality concerns
• represent the facility during internal and external quality audits.
