What you'll do

• Manage quality patient care in Surgical Services, including Ambulatory Surgery
• lead a multidisciplinary team of nurses, operating room technicians, and central service technicians
• liaise with medical staff and work with nurse anesthetists and the Chief of Surgery
• develop, maintain, and implement regulatory standards
• ensure personnel competency in infection monitoring, prevention, and control
• contribute to strategic planning.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related healthcare field, Wisconsin registered nurse licensure, five years of surgery experience, and at least three years of operating room leadership experience. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., with a flexible schedule to support staffing needs.
