What you'll do

• Design and execute menus for dietary requirements and preferences
• lead food preparation and presentation for daily meals, special events, and catering functions
• assist with inventory control to maintain fresh ingredients and minimize waste
• follow sanitation, food handling, and food safety standards
• coordinate with nursing on nutritional guidelines and resident needs
• maintain a clean, organized kitchen
• operate, clean, and maintain kitchen equipment
• hold a Wisconsin food handler certificate.
