The role exists to lead the Land Department’s Title Team and support development, financing, and construction of advanced-stage renewable-energy projects. The manager oversees title work, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, and helps ensure title insurance and related documentation are ready for project financing.

What you'll do

• Supervise and train Title Analysts
• order, review, and process title insurance commitments
• perform title curative work and review ALTA surveys
• solicit and review third-party quotes
• edit title proformas, prepare legal exhibits, and draft financing documents
• track title work and report status to stakeholders
• research deeds and analyze tax parcel and GIS data
• maintain land database records
• support the Land Department and real estate attorneys.
