What you'll do

• Serve as the primary contact for participating students
• consult with students and, as appropriate, families or supporters
• explain college program options and coordinate tours
• develop and document individualized education and career plans
• guide application and enrollment
• coordinate referrals to college and community services
• schedule bi-weekly student check-ins and communicate with instructors
• coordinate outreach and recruitment
• support work-based learning and employment pathways
• maintain confidential records and complete required reporting and follow-up.
