What you'll do

• Process driver paperwork, logs, manifests, and vehicle inspections
• answer and route calls
• research shortages reported by drivers
• support delivery associates with issue resolution
• create and maintain driver qualification files and required DOT documents
• monitor driver logs and violations through the onboard computer system
• run daily reports
• monitor and process Drive Cam events
• back up new-driver DOT training
• complete other assigned tasks.
