What you'll do

• present apartments and amenities to prospective residents
• develop community relationships
• prepare leases and renewals
• process resident applications
• greet and assist residents and guests
• help maintain clubhouse cleanliness. Weekend, evening, and holiday work may be scheduled
• living onsite with a rent discount is required.
