Senior Maintenance Associate

The role also responds to resident concerns, supports move-ins and inspections, and coordinates with the maintenance manager and vendors.

What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests, inspections, apartment turns, and preventive maintenance
• maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas
• perform basic repairs across locks, electrical fixtures, plumbing, HVAC filters, and other property components
• document issues
• support resident move-ins and inspections
• supervise vendors
• participate in the emergency on-call program.
