What you'll do

• Design and improve a global internship framework
• align enterprise standards with local needs
• manage internship demand planning, recruiting coordination, onboarding, learning events, evaluations, conversion discussions, offboarding, and analysis
• create program materials and manager resources
• support university engagement and employer branding
• manage intern conversion strategy
• track metrics and recommend improvements.
