The Registered Dietitian role is onsite in Pleasant Grove, UT, with compensation of $29 per hour. The position supports Revere Health’s Weight Loss and Nutrition Center. The dietitian works with patients and medical providers to develop individualized nutrition plans and support wellness goals. Through assessment, education, progress monitoring, and care coordination, the role contributes to patient health and long-term nutrition outcomes.

What you'll do

• Assess patients’ lifestyle, nutritional habits, and health needs
• collaborate with patients to set personalized nutrition goals
• provide evidence-based nutrition education
• monitor progress and adjust plans
• document outcomes
• coordinate with medical providers and health coaches
• educate patients and families on nutrition and disease prevention
• assist with body composition and metabolism testing as needed.

Why this role
